Paksitan Rugby is preparing for the Bigest rugby festval of pakiatan the Azadi Cup 2010

Pakistan rugby union has plans to celebrate the independence day of Pakistan and to promote sports and cultural activities, is holding the “The Azadi Rugby week” between the 7-14th august 2009

Punjab rugby assosiation is takeing the lead in organising the Main event in lahore where The venue for the Main Event is DHA L block stadium. Entrance is free in the general stands we except a  day of watching exciting rugby played in a festive family atmosphere. The tournament final  will be played in the evening, under floodlights, with a DJ and live commentary. 

the event is will take place on saturday 7th of august . the first half of the tournamnet will be a 7 side tournament

Lahore , DHA , Police , BNU , Lums , Black Panthers ,AIT , Garrasonions , more teams to be confirmed
